Renewal Policies

The costs associated with product/service renewal are subject to variability based on factors such as the selected plan, server specifications, additional services, maintenance fees, and prevailing market rates.

Note: It is imperative to acknowledge that the renewal cost for the product/service will be a minimum of 30% higher than the previous cost incurred.

Data Backup Policies for Expired Services

Customers whose services have lapsed and have retained their software data can request a temporary reactivation for a period of up to two days within a 30-day window by promptly submitting an email request to the company.
Additionally, please refer below for further guidelines and regulations.

1. Immediate expiration of services may result in data loss. Therefore, it is strongly recommended to renew services prior to their expiration.
2. Data backup is exclusively available for export values present within the ERP/WEB PORTAL or designated login areas.
3. We do not offer data backup services for developer content, software/apps data structures, software/apps pages, source codes of software/apps or other service pages, software database files, or provide domain/server access.
4. Clients have the option to request data recovery services (subject to availability) due to data loss resulting from service expiration, albeit with associated consultancy fees.



Upgrade Policies

1. Upgrades are exclusively applicable to higher-tier plans.
2. The service expiry time must be a minimum of 3 months from the current date of service.
3. All upgrades will be assessed based on the current plan's specifications and limitations.
4. Prior evaluation is conducted to determine if the requested upgrade aligns with the features and capabilities of the existing plan. For instance, transitioning from a DBMS software to a website upgrade is not feasible.



Web rules & policies

1. Never document passwords; always commit them to memory for security purposes.
2. Prioritize the use of OTP (One-Time Password) for secure login procedures; liaise with the admin for further guidance.
3. In the event of website hosting transfers, clients bear responsibility for potential copyright infringements. Ensure that your website content is free from copyright violations before migration to our server. Verification of copyright clearance remains the client's obligation. doPost shall not assume liability for such infringements.
4. Employ a static IP computer configuration and register it appropriately with your Application Software. For further details, consult the admin.
5. Clients retain ultimate authority over data manipulation or deletion; ensure operations are conducted securely and judiciously.
6. Prioritize verification of data input for accuracy and reliability.
7. Exercise diligence in confirming the accuracy of the domain name entry.
8. Post-domain name entry, changes to the domain name will incur additional charges.
9. Website services operate on an annual or 11-month renewal cycle.
10. Charges apply for every visit to the platform.
11. Regularly review login histories and promptly report any unauthorized access to the admin.

Note: These policies specifically pertain to web services and not other ancillary services like SMS packs, Google apps, database management, etc.
doPost does not bear responsibility for delays encountered during domain name transfers.
The utilization of Google Business Apps is subject to applicable charges.


Database/Data Policies

Support Helpline is available from Monday to Friday, Sat, and Sun will technically off.

We(DOPOST TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED) will not be responsible or liable for any type of database deletion/data theft/ hard disk failure/ server machine failures/ data theft, such all database related issues. Please take a backup of your database at all times and keep it somewhere else. Also if you want to safety and security please take our premium data safety and security services. It will be charged separately. Please send your request via email to ask more about database security.

We can keep the client's data only 3 years old, apart from this, if your data is more old then we have full right to delete the data which is older than 3 years. If you have to keep the old data in the database, then it will be charged separately. Please send your request via email to ask more about database security.

It is strongly recommended to take database backup regularly.

If ever we received any gambling content, illegal activity, fraud, drugs promoted content or copyright or content claimed or any act/action against the law of land. Please do not add/deal with such data.

Complaint/request against you(client) or server activities from any individuals or company/government, in that condition, if we found complaint is true then the server services will be blocked instantly and legal action may be taken against the client. Moreover, all content, domain, servers will be takeover by the company. Please do not add/deal with such data.

Account/Server Termination Policies

Either the 1 services payment amount not paid before the due date

If ever we found our server performance monitoring system found that there is excessive load/high CPU utilization and memory consumption produced by your hosting account (crossed stipulated limit). The excessive utilization appears to be related to MySQL/SQL processes, and hosted applications users.

If ever we found our client has uploaded, supporting, dealing with any porn content in that condition, server services may be blocked instantly and legal action may be taken against the client.

Complaint/request against you(client) or server activities from any individuals or company/government, in that condition, if we found complaint is true then the server services will be blocked instantly and legal action may be taken against the client. Moreover, all content, domain, servers will be takeover by the company.

Support and Service Guidelines

1. Support helpline services are operational from Monday to Friday; technical assistance will not be available on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. The support page is exclusively dedicated to addressing technical concerns. For other inquiries, please direct emails to dopostinfo@gmail.com.

3. Ensure that complaints submitted are clear, specific, and include maximum relevant details for effective resolution.

4. Response time for complaints ranges between a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 48 hours during working days.

5. Requests related to data record modifications, renaming, or rectifications made by clients/operators themselves should not be submitted as complaints. Raise concerns only if attempts to correct such issues fail.

6. Should our support team prove unhelpful, escalate the matter to the Admin for further assistance.

7. Kindly note that telephonic support services are not provided.

8. For matters concerning upgrades, cancellations, changes, or refunds, please email dopostinfo@gmail.com.

9. Monitor your login history vigilantly and promptly notify the admin of any suspicious or unauthorized access attempts.

10. The performance of online databases is influenced by factors such as internet speed, database robustness, server responsiveness, server traffic, and user expertise. Thus, doPost disclaims responsibility for delays attributable to these variables. Delays may vary depending on server and database plan configurations.

11. Database users are expected to possess a competent understanding of computer operations. doPost shall not assume liability for any database-related crises. Should you wish to mitigate the risk of inadvertent deletions, you may request the removal of data deletion options from your application.

12. Clients are advised to routinely monitor their data to ensure its safety and security.

13. Implementing regular backups, either to an external hard drive or cloud storage, is an effective strategy to safeguard your data.

14. On-site visits to client locations will incur additional charges.

10. Regularly monitor your login history and promptly notify the admin of any unauthorized access attempts.

15. Prior to operational use, obtain a comprehensive demonstration of the database's functionalities.

16. Ensure the use of SSL Certificates to maximize security protocols.
